The platform operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased via USDT (TRC20) payments and are deducted per message sent. Pricing is set by the platform administrator and may change at any time. Price changes affect future messages only.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not send unsolicited messages, spam, or content that violates US laws. You are responsible for ensuring recipients have consented to receive your messages.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
TEXTNEXA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the credits purchased in the preceding 30 days.
